As our Customer Success Manager, you will be the hero who builds strong relationships with global clients to keep them happy and a part of the team. Your day-to-day will have you working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.

What your job entails

Client Relations - You will be vital to building and maintaining relationships with global clients.

Client Communication - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, sharing your findings with internal teams.

New Client Onboarding - You will help new clients get off to a smooth start using our product.

Growth management - Work with clients to spot any opportunities for growth and expansion.

Problem-Solving - As the client's point of contact, you will be their internal advocate driving issue resolution.

Renewals Management - You will manage renewals and try to upsell potential opportunities.

Administration - where necessary, you'll lend a hand with papers and paperwork

Cross-team Collaboration: You will work with our cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and product offerings.

What we need from you?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
