As our QA Engineer, you will be in a position of great power and responsible for the quality of our cyber awareness training products and services.

What your job entails
Automated test plans - Develop and execute manual and automatic test plans and test cases for our cyber awareness training products and services.
Problem Resolution - Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects quickly.
Proactive Problem Solving - You will be tasked with identifying potential areas for improvement in the QA process and implementing best practices.
Reporting - Monitor and report on product quality metrics.
Quality Control - Collaborate with our teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and expectations.
Data Analysis - Develop and maintain test environments and test data.
Stay up to date - You will need to keep up with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
Execute - Participate in release planning and execution activities.
What we need from you?
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
