We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This part-time position is designed specifically for students who are pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing and event management, coupled with a drive to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts.

If you are a hands-on team lead, with expertise in coding and the ability to manage a full stack team, seize this opportunity to lead the tech team of a startup transitioning into a scaling up phase.

In this role, you will lead a compact team of high performers, write code yourself, manage the entire development process, make key architecture and design decisions, collaborate closely with the product team, and build the tech roadmap.

What your job entails

Develop and implement innovative social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

Assist in the planning, organizing, and executing of PR events, ensuring they are successful and well-coordinated.

Collaborate with team members to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies to help guide future marketing initiatives.

Engage with our community online and offline, fostering strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

What we need from you?

Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program with a focus on Marketing, with at least three semesters remaining.

Proven knowledge and experience in social media platforms and marketing techniques.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and PR events efficiently.

A team player with a high level of motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Creativity is a must, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.

Desired Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English very good level).

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
